Devops Engineer

About The Position


Eye-Net develops innovative solutions and smart communication platforms to enhance road safety and situational awareness for all road users in the urban mobility environment. Eye-Net protects vulnerable road users from potential collisions by delivering accurate real-time pre-collision alerts. The company’s cellular-based V2X collision prevention solutions incorporate cutting-edge AI technology and advanced analytics to provide actionable insights and enhance road safety.


We are looking for DevOps Engineer to join our R&D team in Ness Ziona, Israel.

You will take part in building, managing, and defining scalable systems while using cutting-edge technologies.

As part of your job, you will develop CI pipelines, Cloud infrastructure, process automation, and more.

You will work closely with our Senior DevOps and Developers (backend, web, mobile) to create and improve automated solutions for multiple company processes and products.

Requirements

Responsibilities

✔     Design, build and maintain CI/CD processes.

✔     Manage multiple environments (deploy, upgrade, a monitor).

✔     Source Control management.

✔     Automate and manage cloud infrastructure (GCP and AWS)

✔     Design and implement infrastructure as a code.

Configure and use monitoring and logging tools.


Required skills

2-5 years of experience

✔     Experience with establishing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Gitlab) – Mandatory.

✔     Experience with creating, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting Docker containers – Mandatory.

✔     Experience with managing and administrating Linux OS (CentOS & Ubuntu) – Mandatory.

✔     Experience with a scripting language (e.g. Shell/Python) – Mandatory.

✔     Strong understanding of cloud services (GCP/AWS/Azure) – Major advantage.

✔     Experience with maintenance, configuration, and deployment of ELK stack solution – Major Advantage.

✔     Experience with automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform) – Advantage.

Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker swarm) – Advantage.


Other

✔     Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

✔     Strong English skills – speaking and writing.

✔     Ability to work from home/office as necessary.

✔     Willing to commute to Park Hamada Rehovot (accessible by train).

✔     Self-motivated learner, quick to research and implement new technologies and tools.

✔     Works collaboratively with others, as well as able to operate highly independently.
